REFLECTIONS

Posted by jamvi on May 9, 2007

Let me start first by expressing my sincere condolences to those who lost their friends and loved ones in the KQ flight 507 crash. My hats off to  Kenya Airways and the way they handled the situation. The CEO was a perfect example of calmness under pressure.

That aside recently I had one really interesting encounter. I went to this medical check up and  I  must admit I wasnt very familiar with what goes on in one so my expectations were simple. A few questions and  maybe the eye check. Well i got what i expected and then some. The Doctor decided to practice his drumming skills on me. I was laughing almost the entire time. He would place one hand on my chest and start hitting it with the other. I dont really know what the exercise was supposed to accomplish. I dont know if  he was expecting an echo and summoned the agents claiming “this is definitely an x-file” Any one with knowledge about this shoul please enlighten us.
